자체 환기 파사드는 경제적으로 중요성과 우수한 내후성을 가져옵니다. 오래된 건물과 새 건물의 에너지 절약을 개선하는데 도움이 됩니다.
입주자를 위한 안락한 공간. 뒤의 환기된 파사드 시스템은 공동 에어 갭(air gap)을 만듭니다.
온도 변화를 최소화하는 시스템을 통한 자유로운 공기 이동 허용, 일년 내내 외벽의 결로는 물론 겨울철에는 건물을 따뜻하게 유지하고
차가운 공기가 외부로부터 영향을 미치는 것을 방지합니다.
여름에는 환기되는 파사드가 냉각 효과가 있습니다. 햇빛과열은 건물에서 반사됩니다.
장마철 FC패널은 외부 벽을 직접 비로부터 보호합니다.
빗물 오픈 보드 조인트를 통한 관통이 발생할 수 있습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 환기된 공동은 빗물과 습기의 나머지를 제거합니다.
개방형 보드 조인트를 통한 자연 배수와 증발, 하단과 상단의 통풍구, 이것은 효과적인 자유 공기 흐름을 가능하게 합니다.

Rivets System

INSTALLING ZENPLUS FACADE BOARDS WITH RIVETS
When installing 8㎜ thick ZenPlus boards

use ø 4.8㎜ × 18㎜ large flange head (16㎜) rivets made of aluminum AIMg3.5, alternatvie minimum ø 4.0㎜ × 18㎜ stainless steel rivets.
The rivet head can be unpainted of colour coated finish matching the facade board colour.
The rivet is fitted with or without aluminum sleeve for board movement due to thermal and moisture effect.

SLEEVE SIZES FOR RIVETS
Sleeves are made with either aluminum or stainless steel. There are several common sleeve sizes available in the marker that suit for installation.

1. Pre-drilled holes in facade boards
Prior to installation of boards on the aluminum framework, pre-drilled holes in ZenPlus facade boards are fabricated.
For preparation of large quantities of facade boards, CNC router offters fast and high accuracy of cutting and drilling.

2. Drilling in aluminum by centralising drill tool
Before drilling the hole in the aluminum profile, position the predrilled facade board on the aluminum framework and hold the board in place using locking pliers or put a supporting batten below the board.
Using a centralising drill tool at the pre-drilled hole in the board ensures that a concentric hole is drilled in the aluminum profile behind the board.

Use ø5㎜ HSS drill for rivet ø4.8㎜.
Use ø4.2㎜ HSS drill for rivet ø4.0㎜.
